Nice description of HAVL technique incl ‘reverse loading’ & Cooper manoeuvre.

Only disagree w suggestion to get a G2 view to align the primary & secondary curves.

Once G2 view achieved by tilting handle backwards, lifting towards ceiling provides G1 view wout disrupting alignment of curves.
