Just wrapped up two incredible days at the University of Stirling’s annual Learning and Teaching Conference.

One of the highlights? Presenting my first ever conference poster.
It explored a new assessment method I introduced in my Law module at the International Study Centre:

I've been practically radio silent on here of late (it happens) but i've had at -least- four thoughts this week about developing an AI Literacy framework for students...thinking about ethical use, refocusing on the purpose of assessment...negotiating the want for a blanket ban?

January will mark 5 years of teaching...a deeply rewarding 5 years, all told! I feel like only now am I starting to really settle into a style and rhythm that i'm happy with, and yet every day these students surprise and amaze me with their resilience and drive (most of them)... long may it continue

Absolutely delighted to have received 4 RATE nominations this year - 3 for Teacher of the Year and one for Outstanding Feedback or Assessment
