Numerous media outlets are predicting a landslide victory for Mark Carney, which is excellent news. I fear Canadians will become complacent. Please don’t let that happen! Remember Kamala - stay focused and keep all eyes on the prize, and when the time comes, VOTE!!

Carry on Carney! 🇨🇦

I wonder if we could live without armies. Costa Rica has no army anymore, putting the former military budget toward education, and Panama is getting rid of theirs. Think of what we could do for the environment, education, and healthcare with the money.

I was just wondering, when all the dust has finally settled, will it be difficult to get the people of the Province of America to accept free healthcare?

This is what we’ve been doing in Canada. Boycott it all.
Calling stores, corporate offices & asking why they aren’t doing anything, telling them why we won’t buy their products.
If a business is making zero effort in the buy Canadian movement/elusive/lying about product origin…we shop elsewhere.

I’m a part time librarian and I just want to echo what I’ve seen other librarians say recently: there is a HUGE uptick in requests for social justice, climate justice, abolition, history, etc books and I just want to say nobody is giving up the fight. If anything people are fighting harder #library

Winter is such a great time of year to read a book. Maybe something like a history of the Second World War.

It’s -20c outside where I am, so I guess Hell has actually frozen over, which would explain a lot.
