The agreement to pull out of Afghanistan that Biden honored was called the Doha Agreement (negotiated under Trump, 2020). It included releasing 5,000 Taliban fighters and cutting US troop levels to 2,500 when Biden took office, all by 2021. Biden extended deadline from May to Aug.

Given their history with our peace guarantees (see Budapest Memorandum) can't understand why Ukraine would view them as a major component of whether or not they accept a deal.

He's worth about $2B.

He doesn't need a salary. Any policy he can affect that is even a tiny bit useful for billionaires is worth far more to him than a government salary.

There's this, there's Hegseth refusing to meet any troops with facial hair while touring bases ...

There were about 39,000 traffic fatalities last year in USA.

Waymos have about 90% fewer accidents/mile than human driven cars, give or take (with some caveats), so if they replaced all human drivers we'd expect about 4,000 deaths, give or take -- or about 35,000 lives saved.
