At the same time it’s almost impossible to organize freight from Europe to China. Chinese importers are switching away from the USA.

As a student in London in the early 1990s, I will always remember late nights at Ronnie Scott’s jazz club sitting at a small table cradling a beer or two listening to Roy and his band. It was an expensive night out but a group of us would save up for his visits and get to enjoy him live. RIP Roy.

Maybe Elon pushes Boeing to make the new AirForce one cheaper but with more gold toilets resulting in it being too heavy to avoid the oncoming aircraft leading to disaster 😬

So Trump now wants Ukraine’s mineral resources … it seems Elon is getting desperate for battery raw materials and he knows China will cut him off. I guess that leaves Canada, Greenland and Ukraine. What do you think will be the endpoint of the Ukraine invasion?

401k’s for people in corporate jobs where companies no longer offer pensions. 20yr of contributions plus company match to a 401k with compound growth of 8% (5X increase in value) easily gets someone there if they saved 10% of salary for retirement. That million will get chewed up in retirement.

It’s a way to get it at least half owner by one of the techbros so they can get it at a lower price and control the output.
