Nah, I’ve never actually gotten past round 1. It’s company wide, but I know my chance was higher this year in particular 🥲. It’s a company rule change because they want associates to do every aspect of all roles at the store level now. Which fine, I’m exhausted doing two stores after two years.

I know I shouldn’t let myself get upset about it, but I am. I’m really upset. I pride myself on doing my work to the best of my ability, and getting the best results I can. I look forward every year to participating in this contest, only to have it ripped out from under me not due to results…
