My family gave me a fitbit for my birthday. This is hilarious because the most I do nowadays is stand to walk to and from rooms in my house, but fitbit thinks my cardio is excellent due to my heart rate zones! Fitbit believes I'm working out when I stand. We need a feature for PoTS/dysautonomia!

40 years ago, as a young teen, I told my mum I felt dizzy on standing & fainted a few times, once standing next to a busy road. I was told to stop dieting. I've had times after viruses, vaccines, surgeries & pregnancies where symptoms ramped up & diagnosed last year after covid.
