My Saturday has started with Parkrun pretty much every week since 2014. No matter what the weather or if I’m running, walking or volunteering, it’s the best way to start the weekend and connect as a community. The health benefits of these events are priceless. #parkrun

I recently had my honeymoon in the Pyrenees and visited Carcassonne. I loved these cat tapestry cushions in one of the shops there.

I don’t currently have a cat so when I go out running or walking I like to say hello to the neighbourhood ones. This one is a beauty!
