2/2: I told her I didn't know exactly how Oregon was going to handle it, but they could be stopped.
The look on her face when she asked "what am I supposed to do?"
It was heartbreaking. She's elderly and disabled.
What is she supposed to do? Food banks are going to be overwhelmed. It's so sad!
