Sometimes simple is best. Jamaican style 'rice and peas' A great easy #vegan recipe. Rice, red kidney beans, onion, garlic, ginger, thyme, salt, pepper and a tin of coconut milk. #plantbased

Pizza Pilgrims in #Nottingham with the fiance a few weeks ago. Some incredible #vegan options. The tomatoes base on this was the star of the show - super sweet and flavour filled. #plantbased

More coffee and cake! In Loughborough this time at Public and Plants. Some great food. The menu does have some vegan options but it is more of a quick stop in my opinion. Would recommend still! #Loughborough #vegan #plantbased

Amazing sandwich and coffee (oat latte) at Bread and Honey in Leicester last week. Highly recommend. Around £8 in total I believe. The bread is fresh and completely free from ultra processed ingredients too. #Leicester
