I made a test batch of Samin Nosrat's roasted almonds with Fried Sage from her new cookbook Good Things. They are really good. I will make a new batch for turkey day.

Albino squirrel at Lakewood Cemetery this morning. I rarely see these types of squirrels, probably because they are easy targets for raptors.
