Chilling in the extreme - under a new national security memorandum, ordinary American individuals can be designated as domestic terrorists - accused of being “anti-American” for normal acts of protest, or opposition to govt policies. WAKE UP, AMERICA. www.treason.io/p/must-read-...

Any sign of Starmer and co taking action on the fact that Israel has kidnapped and tortured European civilians, including Britons and people on British-flagged boats? Well no, of course not, they probably can't see it over the top of the big piles of Israeli money sitting on their desks

ICE boats trawling the Chicago River. This is the DUMBEST thing I've seen in my entire life. No exaggeration. What's next? Humvees loaded with armed, masked agents patrolling Disney's Main Street U.S.A.?

Day 13: still no word from the Home Office on whether they will issue an emergency travel document. This, despite my immigration lawyer and MP contacting them multiple times. My breast MRI is in two weeks. I'm running out of cancer medication. This is really becoming unbearable. I miss home.
Day 12: still no word from the Home Office after they asked me to explain why I couldnt receive medical treatment in the USA ($$$). I wake up at 3 am CST each day to monitor emails. This is taking a toll on my health. I'm a UK citizen. I'm under the care of British doctors. Why must I justify this?
I'm currently in immigration exile, see below.

Since I'm stateside, I'll be talking to the Morbidly Curious Book Club tonight at 7 pm EST about Victorian surgery and my first book, The Butchering Art. Please come and distract me with your questions. Link below 👇

Interesting that the BBC - in calling Bob Vylan's chant 'antisemitic' - is conflating all Jewish people with the IDF. Which seems pretty antisemitic idk

‘Why has the number of PIP claimants gone up since 2019?’, I keep seeing asked in SW1 like it’s a proper mystery

We have an aging population, we have had a pandemic which disabled people, and the cost of living has exploded in recent years!

If you live in the real world it’s not a mystery, surely!

Scared, I don’t want war with anyone. I’m sick to death of incontinent old fucking narcissists destroying everything. Oh for a drone that just targets him, and the other two warmongering cunts in Israel and Russia. Let the rest of us just crack on with our fucking lives, you’ve ruined enough.

Why does the media insist on platforming arseholes like this?
"Geoff Hoon.. lets just set this all in a bit of context"

Hoon was found guilty of breaking lobbying rules after promising he could access & pass on info from the MoD. He was stripped of his parliamentary pass & sacked from his position at NATO. Context like that, you mean?

Given that we’re a nation of nature lovers, whose conservation charities are among the world's biggest membership organisations, Keir Starmer’s repeated attacks on voters who want to protect the living planet, calling us “time-wasting nimbys”, “blockers” and “zealots”, is frankly idiotic.

My great mic-drop moment was hearing the BBC 'both-sides' Boris Johnson's decision to cancel Parliament when it interfered with his plans for Brexit. I learned then that a media organisation that would 'both sides' the suspension of democracy could 'both sides' anything - even genocide.
As the UN's humanitarian chief warns that 14,000 babies could die in Gaza within the next 48 hours without aid, I am remembering Amol Rajan telling Gary Lineker: "the BBC as a whole needs to be impartial about it".
