Been enjoying the Switch 2. Four more finished games over the first month.
Replaying Zelda games in Japanese has been excellent language practise.

A French JRPG. The characters, the vistas, the music... Not derivative despite familiar elements.
Tiny team leveraging UE5 to the max. I really hope this starts a trend: tight, focused teams being able to create uncompromising art.

Firefox is *really* trying to lose me as a user. Today I got this "Recommended stories" section added to my start page. I'm 100% sure I also had disabled "Sponsored shortcuts" before, but it was re-enabled.
LibreWolf and Zen seem like the last bastion. I can't use a browser without uBlock Origin.

Tight choice in The Game Awards Game of the Year between three awesome games -- Metaphor: ReFantazio, FFVII Rebirth and Astrobot.
I wish Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth would've got Game of the Year nomination. Elden Ring DLC doesn't deserve its nomination.

Whew, got my Steam Deck OLED White Edition order in time, only saw HTTP 502 twice when reloading.
So familiar with the Steam UI that I completed the order in less than a minute.
The moment I was sold on Steam Deck was my year in review. 22% was WAY more than I thought.

I've been playing Metaphor: ReFantazio and loving it. It's a refreshingly candid paean to liberty, equality and fraternity.
Given that, the "right" answer to this question highlights how far Japanese are from the West when it comes to vegetarian diets. It's a bit too much even in a fantasy world.
