Where was this energy from you when your colleague at The Guardian was fired?

I mean I get the sentiment. Why did that bad image make people feel one way, but these bad images don't? The thing is there are material reasons for why that's the case. If you don't analyze those, and just present them as the same, you're doing a disservice to people by just equating them.

the reality is that they have already won & they do not want to change anything. they want a strong republican party, as they say often. the only time they put any work in is to sabotage candidates running to the left of them, otherwise they just sit around doing insider trading

I’m an American leftist who had never seen that symbol before. It does speak to just how dogshit American education is (or how effective the propaganda is) and how absolutely moronic the average American is (yes, I’m including myself there because it is shameful that I don’t know these things.)
