This is how my going allowances relate to reported going. (e.g. 80% of going described as 'Good to Soft' over jumps is between aout 5 and 40. Average allowance for G/S is 22.6)

We used a going allowance of -12 yesterday @ #Goodwood_Races which is Good to Firm. The rain later didn't appear to make a lot of difference.
