Today I had 4 blue damselflies (pic1 with 1 out of shot) and a really interesting bee fly that I’ve not seen before - top half of pic 2, it’s black with white sides not seen one before

Amazing project, and unlike modern housing estates which have no relationship with place and just pick nature references at random, this seems to reflect the reality around the inhabitants. I’ve attached a couple of suggestions you can not have seen.

I’ve got quarry tiles edged with blue with Staffordshire bricks - it’s a tiny path though so may not be what you want (excuse the photo, the magpies have been picking the moss off the roof again!)
