I'm not sure it's better than the BCS. I didn't have a huge problem with the computer ranking system, but the problem with the BCS was the automatic conference tie-ins to the major bowls regardless of rankings.

The MAGA idiots are trying to get him through Jan 20th, 2027 so that J.D. could theoretically run in 2028 and 2032. If Trump is replaced before that date then Vance couldn't run in 2032 assuming he somehow won in 2028.

The biggest issue I see with this right now though is that it's a near mirror image of the 1930s. Blame a specific group of people for all the nation's problems.

They did just make it so the Utah Supreme Court justices no longer choose their own chief justice. IIRC it's now up to the governor and Legislature.
