White Noise by Pvris.

My House literally helped me cut off someone so toxic from my life. This entire album is amazing.

I can't even describe how this album helped me. This album is everything to me.

Good Kid, Maad city by Kendrick Lamar.

I first heard swimming pools and it was on my spotify wrapped for 3 years straight. This is such a masterpiece I feel like I can't even say much that hasn't already been said.

History For Sale by Blue October. *
Again, when I first started experiencing intense symptoms of my bipolar disorder, this album helped me. I use to play it on repeat when I was too depressed to sleep to stop myself from thinking about dying.

Electra Heart by Marina *

Hearing this album for the first time broke me out of my "I don't like pop music" phase.

Born to Die / Paradise edition by Lana Del Rey. Honestly, I was incredibly sex negative for much of my teen years due to trauma. This album really helped me embrace sexuality, just like Badlands did.

The Great Impersonator by Halsey.

I have listened to very few albums front to back as many times as this one. There are some songs that still make me cry even after hearing them so many times. Literally every listen I think I love it more. It's probably one of, if not the, best album I've heard.

1989 by Taylor Swift.

Honestly, I just really love this album. So many songs on it just slap. This is the album where I re-fell in love with Taylor.

All We Know of Heaven, All We Need of Hell by Pvris. *

So many of the songs in this one... Half weirdly enough helped with my gender dysphoria. Heaven helped me through a bad relationship. So did Walk Alone. Every song on this album helped me to get through or cope with something.

Foiled by Blue October.
I first heard this awhile after it came out in my late teens. I was going through my first extreme depression episode and the album touched on a lot of the things i was feeling. Namely the song hate me. I ended up listening to it to cope a lot.

Badlands by Halsey.

This album changed my life in so many ways. Like introducing me to my favorite artist.
