It's beyond buggy. It launches, but you cannot do a full playthrough of vanilla NV at this point on modern systems. Any other game releasing in the state 3 and NV currently exist would be a pariah.

Selling a game that out of the box does not work win 10/11 is criminal. It's not even that New Vegas modding is preferred, it's straight up ESSENTIAL.
