Really feels like Ishinomori playing with the legacy of Gerry Anderson’s Thunderbirds as much as any of the superheroics of Cyborg 009 and Kamen Rider. Just absolutely delicious TV toku effects work, stylish stuff as much as it’s all a little (wonderfully) baffling.

And yet every other rebooted protagonist gets turned into a twink, I’ll never not be sad about this. They have time to fix the design for Nemesis though (or to make it worse.)
