Do you think Jaire will still be a packer for week one?
May 12, 2025 at 6:37 PM
I'd take Neco back too.

3cm growth per year apparently. It'll be a while before they earn the tree name.

I had to move my ferns into a shadier area a few weeks ago - both tree ferns now have new fronds, and the others are on the mend.

Looks good! How long has it taken to get it to look like this?
May 2, 2025 at 8:30 PM
Almost!!
April 27, 2025 at 5:26 PM
Same! A 6-0 parade before the trophy presentation would be fine with me.

Can't imagine the trauma of seeing what you saw, and what you presumably had to deal with in media circles interacting with people who'd spread the lies for years afterwards. Hope the nightmares continue to fade. Thank you for continuing to fight the fight.

I grew up in Formby, and went to the same high school as Kevin (though I was there a few years after him). The Kevin Williams trophy football game between kids and teachers always brought back the memories of seeing the scenes from Hillsborough on match of the day, before my parents intervened.

Thank you for posting this.

Although there's been widespread acknowledgement of the lies that were told, as someone who works in Nottingham, Clough's ignorant words have still stuck with some people. The truth needs to be retold again and again rather than forgotten.

Controversial - who ranked lower in xG/90 than the Greek junta of 67-74? Is it Derby and Southampton?
April 3, 2025 at 12:39 PM
Have they done that since implementing VAR? It was an awful challenge and a blatant red, but retrospective punishment only happened when the ref hadn't seen something - definitely not the case given that he was looking right at this one.
April 2, 2025 at 9:22 PM
Nah. You can take it as you being written off as a fairly poor troll. Move on.
April 2, 2025 at 7:56 PM
🙄
April 2, 2025 at 7:52 PM
Oh wait look
April 2, 2025 at 7:43 PM
And yet look how many people disagree with your apparent authoritative knowledge.
April 2, 2025 at 7:43 PM
Use of the "protect the referee at all costs" social media post clearly excuses the need for independent thought.
April 2, 2025 at 7:40 PM
Are we just saying random words now? Umbrella.
April 2, 2025 at 7:25 PM
If the answer isn't "yes", you're wearing blue.
April 2, 2025 at 7:20 PM
Not brave enough to send someone off this early.
April 2, 2025 at 7:15 PM
Clear as day. VAR cowardice.
April 2, 2025 at 7:14 PM
As someone who worked for Susan Mauldin and who benefited from her being a genuinely good person who looked after her teams - amen.

Jota has at least hit good form once or twice this season, but yeah - potentially two goalies, two left backs, a centre back, a right back, a left winger, two right wingers and two centre forwards all leaving this summer one way or another. Richard Hughes will have his hands full.

I can't imagine success next season without bringing in a striker (and getting rid of Nunez, unless he somehow becomes a credible and consistent goal threat before the end of the season).
