Interesting. My oldest has a RTEL1 variant and shortened Telemeres plus an FMF/CAPS autoinflammatory diagnosis. The variant is still under study.

Very interesting, my oldest dx'd w/ FMF/CAPS and autoimmune small fiber polyneuropathy (Also HES and a RTEL1 variant of unknown significance) benefitted greatly on Biologics and IVIG.

Any chance to hear these presentations remotely? Interested in your presentation.

Easy to follow review. Author gives basic analogies for concepts. Would be a good book to read a page or two as review.
