Its fall time so chili or a soup is a great option. Serve with cornbread. Plus leftovers can be paired with a grilled cheese to make the next day an easy remixed dinner.
Leftovers of chili can also be frozen so a future cold night's dinner can be easily prepped.

Coffee in the morning, tea in the evening. Especially chai. Both with milk. Cold brew (unsweetened) tea in the summer.
