And I think you can get good pressures at the other end of the spectrum, where players have a lot of resources but need to use them effectively, and face trade-offs for doing so
I guess there just needs to be a harm to *not* spending spending money if money is meaningful

I think this is one of the reasons "strongholds" as a concept keep coming back in D&D-descended games. Everyone loves building their dream clubhouse with their friends

Ultimately I'm really happy someone who worked so hard to facilitate so much community across the Dream was rewarded with a (sort of) immortality
