What people are seeing on TikTok is so impossible to gauge bc they feed you the videos

Maybe it's cuz I mostly watch stuff for amateur bodybuilders, but I've mostly got dozens of recipes of chicken and rice, pasta, and burritos

Idk about your feed but I found recipes with mostly simple ingredients that are easy to prepare, on TikTok cuz I don't really watch YouTube cooking.
