The lack of accountability annoys me more than anything else. (Sure, my doctor screwed up once, but the pharmacy screwed up at least twice, and tried to gaslight me in the process too)

Also medication wasn't ready for pickup despite getting notification it was ready hours prior to going in the first time.

Not looking forward to likely needing to fix this in 1-3 months... 4/4

Came back today, and now medication #2 has been renewed for a year, but medication #1 hasn't been.

I should add the pharmacist didn't believe me when I said I only got a 30 day supply on the first medication, so I had to go home and get the bottle... 3/

Unknowingly only got 30 day supply for both. Submitted another renewal request in April.

Then it turns out only 1 of the 2 prescriptions were submitted by the pharmacy, and the doctor only gave a 30 day supply of that one (supposedly because another doctor in the office approved the renewal). 2/

I thought they did take riding level polls into account
