The thing I wish people like Carville et al would realize is that you cannot have ‘pure populist economic rage’ if you leave out the ‘woke’ bits. It doesn’t work like that.

Maybe the only way that the left (broadest meaning) (laudatory) will be able to build a functional opposition and attract numbers is to take more action in the field. It is kind of proven at this point that online interactions, decoupled from in person interactions, tend towards toxicity.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting on a conspiracy by the White House and ICE to violate the Constitution and conduct warrantless, suspicionless "sweeps" of Hispanic areas of the country. This is criminal behavior, and state police need to start investigating these crimes.

The way that I was raised, being Jewish meant believing that every human life was sacred; to save a single human life meant saving all of humanity. That no law or ritual was more important than saving a single human life.
