Unreal has lots of built-in animation features (procedural, skinning, etc.) but I’m not sure if auto-skinning at runtime is possible 🤔
This is the old plugin we used winterdust.itch.io/meshskinner
It’s no longer maintained, but it might help you :)

Thanks! For "modeling" we used mudbun, a unity plugin that generates SDF mesh at runtime. We used plugins from Fimpossible for procedural animation, like control rig in Unreal. And we tried a tool for auto skinning but this is an old post so we made our custom auto skinning solution based on voxel
