Solely lifting today. Gym was packed and I got my steps in trying to find an open rack. Lifts felt good. I forgot my board for the bench, but liftoff was there regardless. Time for more weight #BlackSkyFitness #FitnessSky

Interval runs: 3 minutes @ 5k pace, with 4 sets of 30 seconds @ mile pace. Repeat 2 X's. There was a time when I wouldn't have finished, but I got through it. This video is actually from my last mile paced interval. This will probably be my last hard run for the week. #BlackSkyFitness #FitnessSky

Went on an easy run in preparation for my 5K next Saturday. Actually ran most of the route for the race, but...Strava didn't tell me to zig when I decided to zag and somehow I missed an entire KM lol. Not a big deal, but I'm glad it happened while I was on my own #BlackSkyFitness #FitnessSky

Ladder interval run, tonight. Worked 4 to 7 out 10 pace and I was surprised that my 5 or 6 is about a minute faster than what it's usually at. I guess running well rested pays dividends. Next 5k is in two weeks. Let's see how things go #BlackSkyFitness #FitnessSky

Late post, but had a great bounce back with a recovery run and the start of week two in my powerlifting program. I noticed I wasn't hitting the right depth last week, so I made it my focus to get it consistent today. Happy with the results and film study coming through #BlackSkyFitness #FitnessSky
