Today, I had to say goodbye to the best boy. Dr Manhattan, so named b/c I was pretty sure he could manipulate space and time when no one was looking, watched me—for 15 years—grow, fail, succeed, crumble, and thrive. He’s been the one consistent thing in all my adult life, and I will miss him dearly.

My new TV has a feature where, in standby mode, it will play soundscapes such as camping, meditation, café, the seasons, and…prenatal education. (Of course I’m trying that one out first!)
