Pure election year posturing. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to live with the contradiction of wanting better urbanism in our city while knowing our city leadership is incapable of delivering it in even a remotely efficient way.

This is so true. It’s amazing how the actual appearance of the letters & envelopes so closely resembles official state-issued documents without quite crossing the (legal?) line.

In all seriousness, it’s certainly fair for beltline-fronting businesses to be concerned about potential construction impacts of the transit line. It’s also fair and important to note that they are by no means the only stakeholders in the merits of the project.

An interesting definition of “reasonable people,” given that it was Atlanta residents (not tourists) that voted overwhelmingly for the More Marta sales tax in 2016 that explicitly included Beltline transit.
Let’s not attack those that disagree with you as “unreasonable.”

2nd half offensive play calling should also be questioned. Ran it wherever they wanted in the 1st half, then 2 rushing attempts in first two drives of 2nd half.

Mind boggling and frustrating with Marta…took the family to NYC in October and fell in love with the ease of tap to pay for the subway. No need for a separate app, card, etc - worked perfectly every time

Thankfully it doesn’t have to be an “either/or” situation! Our great city needs of host of transportation modifications - I’m excited to see how we continue our march towards reducing car dependency over the coming years.
