American Woodcock (Scolopax minor) hunting worms in Bryant Park just a few feet from one of the busiest streets in Manhattan. As they migrate south in the fall, many of these distinctive birds become victims of window strikes and a steady stream are admitted to the Wild Bird Fund for veterinary care
