Idk what the other person said but white people need to fully shut up about Blackness, Black people, Black voters, all of it until they develop the range and racial literacy. I won’t hold my breath about that happening any time soon though.

But, this is right on brand and part of the long observed history of individualizing systemic problems in this country.
Instead of passing & enforcing firearm protection laws, adults have abdicated their responsibility and are now putting it on kids to protect themselves from mass shooters.

😂 I used to. Then I learned to take up space cuz ain’t no one else worried about the space they take up. But, I do generally try to be considerate of other humans in most cases.

Ah!!! I can get with that for sure. I see so many people jogging and walking with headphones in. I always wonder, if they’re listening to something and if so, how are they staying aware of their surroundings. Hadn’t thought about relating to other humans. That part is also important.

Right? I grew up in different times where kids were getting jumped regularly - at school, in the streets. I still don’t sit with my back to the door in public places, unless it’s a controlled space - then maybe. Headphones while just walking about? Just nope.
