For all intents & purposes, Section 504 would cease to exist, and w/ it any req for states to meet needs of students w/ special needs currently benefiting frm 504 plans. A decision for these 17 states will reverberate through all 50, and for individuals of all ages. www.forbes.com/sites/peterg...

My dad was a 🇨🇦 citizen - my great uncle lost his life in WW1 fighting for the Allies, my grandfather completed 32 missions as a turret gunner in a Lancaster during WW
