Meant to post a video showing proof but it’s been busy. But yeah, I’ve been swimming/working out.

25 yards in 20 seconds :3 I swim and go nyoom.
But also not bad for being 30. I used to be able to do 15 secs but I’m sure I can work my way towards that :3

It’s #HispanicHeritagemonth & this is part of my culture. This has been happening for a long time. I remember visiting when I was 10 y/o & went thru the 1st few days with no electricity or AC. This is important bc we get forgotten about so much & yet gringos are moving to the island & ruining-

I didnt manage a picture of my plating but I cooked this last night and it came out SO GOOD. Spicy Firecracker chicken with mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, kale, bell peppers, red cabbage, and snap peas. I wanted a dense protein & veggie meal.

Old but gold; 2019 a few months into me taking working out seriously & getting really strong. I’m working out again & want to try a watermelon in the thighs @ some point.

We kept our phones in a locker & were in the moment but I did want at least 1 video.
