And I'm as atheist as they come.

My heart still misses a beat when I remember the time I replied to all in error following a company-wide announcement, with a joke meant for 2 people which was a little on the naughty side....

...it went to all 14000 employees.

Pumpkin pie, which I love, also comes from a can.

The last time I made it, the only stuff you could get in the UK was full of additives.

I wonder if there is a way to get the same flavour and consistency from a raw pumpkin.

(I now have an urge to eat pumpkin pie covered in nutmeg, with cream)

This is not an opinion. It's observable fact.

And if it was opinion, what happened to free speech?

And Starmer should be shouting this from the rooftops.

He called the referendum, then ran away when the vote was lost. He may not have signed the final document but his hubris started the process. (Or you could argue Redwood et al did with the ERG and constant whining about the EU).

I often look at political dramas in Westminster and wonder 'what is this doing to help the country'

Brexit may have happened at some point but in 2016 Cameron took us out of the EU to try and save his arse and the Tory Party.

Not one part of it was in the interest of the UK.

Lincolnshire is lovely and not as flat as people think. I once had visions of retiring to the Lincolnshire Wolds as it's sparsely inhabited with lovely rolling hills, small hamlets and clean air.

But............

Im a floating voter, centrist liberal democrat if you will, having voted all colours since 1994. I desperately wanted Labour in this time and will not vote Tory again until anhyone associated with the last ten years is gone.

I will next be voting Green or LD.

Which is the perfect reason not to condescend and punch down, but to engage and bring everyone up.
