I've posted it here before, but people at conferences have admitted that the reason we see humanoid robots is not because it's the best form to perform tasks, but it's the best form to get VC funding as investors need to imagine what's being replaced to fund it.

This is very similar to Jacque Pepin's method, which has more prep but is overall faster He slashes the thigh on the back to get it to lie flat, then goes into a cold non-stick on high to render initial fat, after a few min drop to med, and cover for ~15 minutes. Same as above you can do veg after.

I literally fought my parents to avoid the IB HS and instead go to a VoTech HS. I want to say it was because I saw through the bullshit, but mostly it was because it was an hour less of school each day

I got to experience the joys of bus gates many times in Newark. It was great fun being driven through the rain in a leaky bus, watching the globe of the light above you slowly fill with water until it started overflowing to join the river already flowing to the stairwell and out and under the door.
