There are gangs of sparrows here too- I spent ages stalking these for this picture- but the population is way down on 40 years ago!

A buzzard attacking a red kite over the boat. Red kites are occasional passers-through of this bit of West Wilts, as opposed to further east where they’re as common as sparrows except that sparrows aren’t common
