The order means that, through Tuesday, federalized National Guard members from Oregon (or any other state) are prohibited from deploying in Portland under Judge Immergut’s two active temporary restraining orders.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said Friday it wanted more time to decide whether to rehear arguments on the matter.
