Moving towards priv rather than fed support
Only specific fed agency mandated is with Ag

Repeals A stronger HBCU EO that existed in 2021
A misdirection by segregationists

I should have come here sooner 😊. I used to be a twitter scholar but I haven't interacted there since the owner shutdown the open API to scholars. He brought the access back made it so expensive it wasn't worth it. So now I'm here to make friends and hang out scholars and book lovers.
