Post gym: Overall very happy with my progress. I’m a full time professional who likes tacos and chocolate. I’ve cycled through creatine once and will be starting again soon. All natural hard work and consistency. For being in my late 30’s I feel great and I like what I’m seeing in the mirror.

We all need to put more thought into who we are online. Who is around us? How do we assert ourselves? What sites and information do we use? How is it verified? A lot of this is being taken for granted.
What does it even mean to “ think more deeply how my Internet works in practical terms?” Legit question. Millions of us wanna live in the real world and have nothing to do with this crap.

2 miles was difficult today. My fitness journey started 14 years ago when I doing running. Time to work on achieving that endurance again.
