We explored impacts on health & dietary sustainability. Key findings stress the need for culturally aware, sustainable food policies.
Key findings: 32% of posts from influencers, only 5% from dietitians. Inaccurate posts got higher engagement (57K+ likes!), Weight loss posts = 34%, with 28% completely inaccurate. Social media shapes public health—we need better content moderation & media literacy!
