1.5-2oz vodka or white rum. In lean 2oz
1.5oz guava mango juice
0.75oz lime juice
1oz pineapple juice
1oz orange juice
0.5oz agave nectar
Shake over ice and pour

Been a while folks. Been traveling for new job. Tonight is a whiskey sour with something new I experienced from a fellow Mixologist. Float bitters on top of your whiskey sour. It balances out the acidity of the lemon juice in your drink. Wasn't a believer until I tried it.

1oz cider
12oz can of IPA
Pour bourbon and cider into a lint glass, top with the can of beer. It all fits, its tasty. Enjoy in moderation. Or dont, im not your boss.

2 dashes bitters
1oz deamara syrup
Shake and pour over a big cube garnish with orange peel that you totally have and included in the photo......

4oz club soda
Shake all but the club soda and pour over ice, top with the club soda. Use a highball glass. Serve with a straw because youre classy and you deserve it.
