Eerily familiar in many environments I’ve seen and worked in.
We need better training for those clinicians who are expected to step up to lead.
Culture of excellence or culture of control?

"The behaviours described – bullying, favouritism, passive-aggression & emotional detachment – are not abstract threats; they are lived realities for many clinicians navigating hierarchical and culturally siloed environments."

The complicity of NHS England, the GMC, the Colleges & establishment medics in this experiment on NHS patients has been scandalous.

It should never have taken years of grassroots doctor whistleblowing to expose.

But this is a small step in the right direction.

When using a hyperangulated videolaryngoscope have you tried "reverse loading" a tracheal tube on to a preformed stylet?

The stylet & tracheal tube are shaped forcibly in the opposite direction to the normal curvature and to match the shape of the blade.
