This absolutely insane gold price development makes me very worried that the economy is about to collapse. People are dumping their investments into a safe haven with a massive trade volume, and 100% increase in the last four years, with 20% just in the last weeks!

I’ve inherited my father’s, but apparently this year Omega shops don’t have the tools and expertise anymore to even replace the battery. Seems they’re cutting costs to only focus on sales. It’s a shame as the technician was actually excited to see this watch still around!

On holidays, but still screwing around with electronics, trying to clean up the mess from the previous owners. This time, I’m replacing the old shunt (that stainless steel plate) with a new 500A Victron one. Went completely overboard on the bus bar design but now some gremlins have been eliminated.

The pricing difference between the yearly and monthly subscription on meditation apps tells me most people don’t use it for more than a few months.
