🔑 Fix it:
• Improve hip/ankle mobility

Friendly reminder that we are made of chemical compounds, so “chemicals” are not inherently bad. “Toxins” are produced by the body daily and peroxisomes within the cell destroy&expel waste.

What if you changed your perspective on running?

I got my BS in Exercise Physiology and felt LOST!! So much of the industry is physique-focused… I felt like I was just a small voice in a sea of misinformation.

Now I use exercise to heal my brain and regulate my nervous system! 💪🏼👸🏻

Trauma can cause neural disruptions that interfere with productivity and memory!! It’s okay to take time to heal! Your brain needs time to create new neural pathways (this is called neuroplasticity).

Be kind to yourself, take care of your brain & body. 🧠❤️💪🏼👸🏻
