Morel season has started here on the farm. I counted 11 last night & stopped. Went to that hillside this morning and there are many more. This afternoon I will start picking and we will eat some this evening. The rest of the season they will be freeze dried.

Ramp season is here for some, and will quickly be here for everyone. We sell ramps at farmers market & for planting-sustainably harvesting. It takes 7 years from seed to full grown. They are delicious-we want them to flourish-sustainably harvest for your area. Replant for the future-and Enjoy!
