I would say I'm surprised, but at the end of the day - some just won't get it (or get it but won't care). And that realization just makes our mission & calling that much more important.

In Georgia, our monopoly utility is an out of control predator. Our Public Service Commission are tools of the utility, rubber stamping anything they want no matter how outrageous. I defy anyone in the energy industry or any consumer advocate or consumer utility counsel to show me anything worse
