Anyways I’m still sorting out my 12 nights of Yule/Winter Solstice plans and trying to find what speaks to me—but I’ll be posting things I’m doing because I just want to share since it’s really becoming important to me.

from my understanding Winter Solstice/Yule has a lot of overlap and lots of people practice pieces of both since, again, of lot of pagan traditions across cultures were kind of lost at one point then pieced together again so it’s kind of also part of paganism to “blend” pagan traditions together.

From what I’ve learned, it’s hard to trace every “original” (Scottish specific) pagan tradition because a lot of that was destroyed….so its been hard to really understand the full roots of everything. And Winter Solstice is so overlapping with other non Celtic pagan traditions (like Yule)

Like this little creature trusts me entirely to keep her safe and give her everything she needs and she clings to my side day and night; I’m her person and I just hope I’ve been giving her the best life

everyone else in the group lesson were riding like their nice calm warmblood hunters and then here comes the off the track red head mare feeling GOOD and being green so not wanting to listen—tbh tho I think I impressed them and made them realize that I have a ton of fucking horse to handle lololol
