Looks like I’ll be writing one of these weekly. Unless this guy stops his onslaught against the disabled. BTW - they toned down my headline for publication but ran it online (“Trumps remarks an affront on American values”).

Started Cothu training this morning. In three weeks I will be licensed in the US to provide neuro-affirming parenting training throughout the world. If you are interested in learning more or even getting “your neurodiversity learnin on,” stay tuned and follow.

I made it through my first proper day back on campus in over a year. Thankfully therapy and proper coping skills have helped immensely. I’m working on keeping myself whilst still playing their game. #survivein2025 #survivein25

@metrauxjulia.bsky.social highlights the power of authentic representation, reminding us that our voices and experiences are essential in shaping a progressive, disability-friendly future. Together, we can build a society where equity and inclusion are more than aspirations—they’re reality.

Just got back from Florida. It was great to share my ideas and theories with the business world. They seemed very receptive to the human-centered and neuro-affirming theories I presented. Strange times make strange bedfellows, methinks.

I’ll be in Tampa Florida providing a Keynote next week. Anything worth seeing or doing whilst I’m there?

I’ve been away for a few days. News and media fasts are a wonderful way to allow your nervous and vagal system a little break. You owe yourself a break, every now and then.

Last night at Kettering U, the IFC & Humanities 101 Foundation explored autism, micro-accommodations, & actionable ways to foster a neuroaffirming, inclusive society.

The energy and engagement were inspiring—a true testament to building community through learning and action.

Self-regulation is vital for focus & well-being.

Microaccommodations—like a quiet moment or a coffee break—make a big difference. Small changes create space to recharge, boosting inclusion & productivity. Support others by normalizing these moments of calm.

A little piece I did earlier this year for The Detroit News. They have been really helpful in getting the word out on neuro-affirming resources and ideas.

It’s great to take stock of a busy and fruitful year at Humanities 101.
